Drawings, software, deadlines, fabrication, coordination, quality requirements and client expectations are very different from what is experienced in an academic environment. We have experienced this gap ourselves — as engineers and as professionals involved in industry. That is why we created STEEL.
Our vision is to create a platform where young engineers can learn from experienced professionals, understand real industry practices and develop the confidence to enter the workplace prepared. At the same time, we want STEEL to become a platform for experienced engineers to share their knowledge, showcase their capabilities, strengthen their professional skills and build the next stage of their careers.
